Terms of Trade

Payment
All purchases are by cash, direct credit, cheque or credit card unless an account is arranged.

Accounts are available by negotiation and have minimum order $ values .  Terms of Trade are strictly payment by the 20th of the month following delivery. Any late payment is subject to an interest charge. Any costs incurred in collection of overdue payments shall be paid by buyer / debtor.
Risk and Property
The ownership and property of the goods delivered remains with Ayrpak until payment in full has been received, and if payment is not made by due date, Ayrpak shall, without prejudice to any other remedies, be entitled to re-take possession of the goods and hold them until payment in full has been received, or to re-sell the goods and recover from the buyer, the deficiency on resale plus costs of repossession.

Delivery
Delivery shall be deemed complete when the goods are taken from Ayrpak's premises, transported to the buyer's premises or the place agreed by Ayrpak in its quotation or acceptance

Claims
Goods are supplied subject to all conditions, warranties and limitations implied by law, provided however, that the extent of Ayrpak's liability shall be limited to replacement of faulty materials only.
All claims and requests for credit must be made within 14 day of invoicing, In each case, the relevant invoice numbers must be quoted and an authorisation for return number, must be obtained from Ayrpak and quoted on all documentation returned with goods.
All returns are subject to above. If however a dispensation is given, Ayrpak reserves the right to charge a "re-stocking" fee.
